Try to use the app on another device to see if the issue persists.
If it does, then the issue is most likely the speed sensor that has stopped responding on the rower.
If the issue persists, the rower's speed sensor may need to be replaced. Please contact Customer Service for further support.

- Serial number
- Firmware details
