Make sure you have your AirPods in the proper pairing mode for non-Apple devices before you attempt to connect to the Reflect Touch. Here's how:

1. With your AirPods in the charging case, open the lid.
2. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until you see the status light flash white.
3. When your AirPods appear in the list of Bluetooth devices, select them.

The Reflects are Android.
