If you are having issues with 'Echelon keeps stopping' please follow the steps below in the first instance:
- Make sure the app and firmware are both up to date
- Make sure the running belt is aligned and not too loose as illustrated in the instruction manual
- Check that the belt is running normally when no one is on the running deck
- Remove any extension cords and ensure the Stride is plugged in to the mains
