It goes without saying that we would be sorry to see you leave our community, however we understand that circumstances change. If you would prefer to pause your membership temporarily for up to 3 months, you can contact our Customer Service team who will be able to arrange this for you.
When pausing your membership, this will take effect at the end of your current billing term. During the period of time your membership has been paused, you will not be charged and you will not have access to the content on the Echelon Fit App. Once the pause period comes to end, your membership will automatically renew.

Cancelling your membership will take effect at the end of the current billing term.
If you do decide to cancel, we recommend that you cancel your membership via the members portal at least 24 hours before the auto renewal is due to take place to ensure no further payments are made.
