Deliveries of our home connected equipment are carried out by our delivery partner on our behalf. 

Once your order has been processed at our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

Our delivery provider will contact you within 48 working hours of your order being received to arrange a delivery date. Please note: this may take longer for deliveries to postcodes to remote locations 

The delivery will be completed by two persons and they will deliver to your room of choice. Please note: Items weighing over 85kg will be delivered to hallway only

Unfortunately, we are unable to unwrap your item or dispose of the packaging as this needs to be retained for 30 days after the delivery has taken place.

Deliveries to most UK mainland postcodes are usually made within 5 - 7 working, Monday - Friday 8am-6pm.

Deliveries to remote locations and Ireland can take up to 21 working days.  Please refer to the table below for the postcodes this relates to.

Currently, we do not deliver outside of the UK or Ireland.
