What are the terms of warranty for Echelon equipment?

What is the warranty period? 

The warranty period is detailed below: 

 

  • One (1) year on all equipment
  • Five (5) years on crank arms and treadmill motor
  • Ten (10) years on frames
    • Note: “Frame” is defined as the skeleton of the product - the non-moving parts and metal weldment, including axle. The crank bearings and other moving parts are not considered part of the Frame.

 

What does this warranty cover?

Our standard warranty covers the purchaser for any faults that may occur during this period. We will endeavor to repair the equipment or provide a replacement if a repair is not possible. 

 

Who can use the warranty? 

Our warranty extends only to the original purchaser of Products and Services from Echelon or new Products purchased from an authorised Echelon retailer. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of any Product or any transferee or other beneficiary of any Service, nor apply to any purchases of new or used Products from non-authorised Echelon retailers.

 

What is the Premier Warranty? 

All members who maintain an active Premier membership from the date of purchase receive an additional 4 years of total warranty coverage in addition to the 1 year limited warranty on equipment. This provides 5 years of total coverage.
