Once you have placed your order, you will receive the following information:
Order Confirmation Email:
This email confirms the details of your purchase.
Subscription Activation Email:
This will provide a link to activate the subscription package you have purchased with your fitness equipment; eg monthly, yearly, 2-yearly membership.
You can choose to activate your membership straight away to take advantage of the Fit Pass (floor workouts), however we do recommend that you wait until you have received your equipment before activating your membership.
Here's how to activate your membership:
1. Click the activate link from within the email and follow the steps
2. Update your mobile device to the latest software version, power off, then restart
3. Download the Echelon Fit app from Google Play or iOS App Store
4. Sign in on the Echelon Fit app
Please note: Subscriptions that have been purchased via the App Store or Google Play, will continue to run unless cancelled. Cancellation and refund requests need to be directed to the respective merchant, eg Apple or Google via your device or web browser.
