What is the returns policy?

In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

The items must be returned in their entirety, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including the user manual and power adaptor, and must be in an “as new” condition (including but not limited to scratches or dents). Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, or you have the option to choose store credit.

 

You will be responsible for paying all postage costs, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We can arrange the collection and return of your equipment order, however this will incur a shipping and restocking fee of £99.99 for equipment, which will be deducted from any refund paid.

 

Please note the 30-day return option only applies to purchases made through Echelon Fitness UK Limited website (echelonfit.uk) and not from other sellers of Echelon Fitness products. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from Echelon Fitness UK Limited. Any goods returned in non-original packaging will not be accepted. On inspection, if any parts are noted as damaged or not in an "as new" condition, the customer may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 30 days. Do not write on the packaging. Please note, Echelon Fitness UK Limited will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging.

 

Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to paying the return carriage cost incurred by Echelon Fitness UK Limited.
