If you see a message requesting an activation code on your mobile device, you will need to update your devices settings as the App may be stuck in commercial mode:
- Sign out completely from your Echelon Fit App (...MORE / Sign Out)
- On your device / device settings / Apps
- Scroll to 'Echelon Fit' app
- Disable toggle 'Commercial Mode'
- Sign in to your Echelon Fit App
