Live Class:
A live class is one that is live with the instructor and the others you see on the leaderboard. The instructor can see the leaderboard, do shout outs, and do specific encouragement. Riders can send Hi-5s and compete against each other in real time.

If you join a Live class late or leave early and are unable to complete more than 80% the class will be counted as DNF.

Encore Class:
An Encore class is an already recorded class that is selected by the studio, this could be a class that was previously Live or a popular On Demand!

This enables you to ride with other users as if it were a live class. You can still send Hi-5s, and compete in real time.

The class starts when you join, so you always start at the beginning, this means if you join 10 minutes late the class will still start from the beginning.

If you join an Encore class late or leave early and are unable to complete more than 80% the class will be counted as DNF.
